Refunds & Cancellations

Credits are prepaid. Running a design consumes credits, which is a completed and taxable supply of service.

A refund is given in only one case: a full refund.

You are eligible for a full refund of the amount you paid (including GST) only if all of the following are true:

The purchase is a Starter, Professional, or Enterprise pack (not the Trial pack).
None of the credits in that pack have been used.
The request is made within 7 days of purchase.

In that case we refund the full amount and issue a GST credit note.

No refund is given if any of the following apply:

It is the Trial pack (the Trial pack is never refundable).
One or more credits from the pack have been used.
The request is made more than 7 days after purchase.

No partial refunds

A pack is either completely unused and fully refundable within 7 days, or it is non-refundable. Used credits, and the GST charged on them, are never refundable.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, net of payment-gateway charges. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and are non-refundable on expiry.
